Boardingware

As many of you know, we are excited about launching Boardingware, the new online management tool that CA will use in order to improve communication between parents/guardians, boarders, hosts of our boarders, and house faculty. This system will replace our paper-based white and blue slips and is designed to both ease and improve the collection of information, providing a clear picture of a boarder’s whereabouts throughout the school year. As a part of this, we will be offering training to boarders on Tuesday, September 3, while faculty, staff and students will learn about the new system during an all-school class meeting on Friday, September 6. Stay tuned for more!

Quick References for Boarding Parents

If as a boarding parent you need to get in touch with the adult on duty within your child’s house, please refer to the phone number below for your child’s campus house. For all urgent matters or if you can not reach the house faculty on duty (many people coach or teach), please call the Administrator on Duty at (978) 402-2388. Please remember that your child’s advisor is a great resource as well. This year, each house has a Lead House Faculty member who is in charge of overseeing the house as a whole over the course of the year. Since they are not on duty every day though, you should still call the house phone number for time-sensitive matters (numbers are listed below). Lead House Faculty check their house account every weekday.
