Some of our faculty and staff live on campus, while others drive or take the Commuter Rail (a 30-minute trip from Cambridge), which stops just a few blocks from campus.

We provide structured mentorship to new faculty and give all our teachers the tools they need to realize their full potential.

All teachers at CA take part in community life outside of their time in the classroom, but unlike at many boarding schools, we don’t require coaching. We have found that when individuals are free to determine how they want to be involved, it improves the quality of life for everyone — and the quality of the education we offer.
