Trelane Clark ’92 P’22
Trelane Clark is the principal at Hooks Elementary School in Chelsea, Mass. She has served public, private, urban, and suburban schools for over 26 years. Trelane believes that creating equitable educational opportunities through strong relationships will advance student achievement. In talking to Trelane about education, you will also hear about her desire to inspire educators to love children, love the work, stay resilient, and lead with integrity. She relies on her life experiences and her faith to empower others. Trelane seeks to find moments of joy, laughter and gratitude every day. She serves as the president of Black Women Education Leaders, Inc. and president of the Concord Academy Alumni Association. Trelane was a contributing author to Women Who Lead Featuring School Principals Vol. 2.
