Fees

The conference fee is $35 per delegate, which includes lunch. We charge no delegation or advisor fees. Please make checks out to Concord Academy and mail payment by Saturday, February 28, 2026 to:

Full-size buses can pull through East Gate (between #14 and #15 on the Campus Map below), and park in one of two bus spaces at the end of the driveway.
Cars and minibuses should park on Main Street, or use the lot next to our Centennial Arts Center (#17 on the Campus Map below—the entrance is just past Belknap Street if you’re heading west).
Registration: Our welcome table will be located in the Ransome Room on the ground floor of the Math and Arts Center (MAC). Signs will direct delegations from parking lots.
