What are you involved in at CA?

At CA, I’m a Science Club co-head, a Southeast Asian Affinity Group leader, and a varsity tennis and squash player!

What is the best class you’ve taken at CA and why?

While I love all my classes, Developmental Biology was the best class I have taken at CA! Our teacher Susan Flink always encouraged and celebrated our questions, which was unlike the science education I received back in my old school. This class was also perfect for visual learners like me since it was very hands-on as we did experiments, including uncovering the secrets of embryogenesis.

What is your favorite boarding memory or tradition?

On weekends, Nancy Boutilier, our English teacher, sometimes hosts kayaking sessions along the Sudbury River, which is right next to our soccer field. It’s a very peaceful way to unwind from our busy schedules as we observe Concord’s beautiful landscapes and creatures!

Do you have advice for prospective students?

Don’t be afraid to be curious, adventurous, and, most importantly, yourself! At CA, there is always something for everybody. If not, you can always start a new club!
