We would like to introduce our newest employee, Lisa Conlon, CPC. She has accepted our brand new position as the insurance specialist for the Health Center and started on October 7. Lisa comes to us with over 13 years of experience at Phillips Academy in Andover, Mass. She is a certified professional coder with the American Academy of Professional Coders and knows how to navigate the sometimes difficult language of private health insurance companies. She will serve as an interface between the Health Center and parents, students, insurance companies, and local providers. Oftentimes, the New Year also means that your health insurance coverage has been renewed or has changed altogether. If you were sent a new health insurance ID card, prescription card, or eyeglass or dental card, please make sure you update that information with Lisa at the Health Center.
