The Harvest Faculty/Staff Appreciation Luncheon is less than two weeks away, on Tuesday, October 29, and we still need more help! In particular, we need more main and side dishes. As parents, rarely do we have as direct an opportunity to share our gratitude for all that faculty and staff do. For boarding and busy parents, if you are interested in providing gifts or buying food, please email us directly (Irene Chu, irenehchu@verizon.net, and Khinlei Myint-U, khinlei@gmail.com) and we will help make arrangements for you. For parents who want to cook or bake, or would like to help set up and decorate for the luncheon, please sign up here. One last request: In previous years, students have written notes of gratitude that were posted on the wall for the faculty and staff to see. We think this is an important occasion to include parent voices as well. Please send us a short note of gratitude or an anecdote, and we will compile them along with the student notes.
