His impact as a coach has been especially remarkable. Warren led Winthrop’s track, cross country, and basketball programs, earning 12 NEC Conference Championships, a State Title in Boys’ Basketball, and guiding numerous state champion athletes. His leadership has been recognized with nine NEC Coach of the Year awards, multiple Lynn Item Coach of the Year honors, and the Winthrop Chamber of Commerce Coach of the Year award.
