Born in Iran and raised in Boston, Nikan Hodjat had the privilege of teaching math for 23 years in the Boston Public Schools. He currently has his hands full with raising two sons and living in a multigenerational household. Nikan began his CA career in fall 2024 as a math faculty member and has embarked on a journey of pursuing interests which vary from the literary kind to outdoor excursions. He intends to continue to prioritize health and wellness for himself and his students, believing that when the body and mind are sound, good outcomes invariably follow. He is most grateful for the emphasis at CA on community and good citizenship.
