Mercy Mutindwa
Director of Human Resources
Prior to joining CA, Mercy Mutindwa worked as an HR leader in varies sectors including health care, social, and educational services. She joined CA as the director of human resources in October 2023. In this role, she is responsible for the oversight and implementation of human resources strategic initiatives and the day-to-day oversight of the Human Resources Department. She is also a member of the Residential Life Committee. She is committed to enhancing and enriching employees’ experiences through a holistic approach to employment. In her free time, Mercy likes reading contemporary fiction novels, watching movies, and practicing prana restorative yoga.
