Kristin Bedard
Assistant Director of Advancement Communications and Operations
Kristin joined Concord Academy in December 2024. She brings a longtime love of independent schools along with a deep belief in the empowering, uplifting effect of healthy, engaged, inquisitive educational communities on students, faculty members, staff, administrators, parents, and alums. Kristin is a proud 1997 graduate of Dana Hall School in Wellesley, Mass. She earned her dual bachelor’s degree in psychology and political science at Boston University, graduating cum laude in 2001. The majority of Kristin’s career has been in marketing, communications, and development, with fundraising, sponsorships, events, and partnerships playing important roles too. She has gravitated toward supporting, designing, and facilitating opportunities for people to come together to share and learn from each other’s experiences. She contributed in this capacity at The Boston Globe and Boston.com, Forrester, and the Association of Independent Schools in New England (AISNE). Kristin serves as a trustee at Dana Hall School and Cambridge Montessori School. She is the grateful mom of two children and two golden retrievers. Her favorite place is Race Point Beach in Provincetown, Mass.
