Kathleen Fisk Ames ’65, P’95
The first alum to serve as president of CA’s Board of Trustees, Kitty Ames presided over the board for five years, from 1986 to 1991, and served as a trustee for 13, beginning in 1978. She co-chaired the 2000 capital campaign and chaired the board’s Advisory Council. Board affiliations include the Trustees of Reservations preservation group, Steps to Success, the WGBH Ralph Lowell Society, and the Brookline Education Foundation Board of Overseers. She lives in Brookline, Mass., with her husband, Charlie, a former CA trustee from 1993 to 2000; their daughter, Elizabeth ’95, graduated from CA.
