Kate Lynch began her Concord Academy journey 11 years ago in the role of director of advancement services. Prior to coming to CA she held the same role at Milton Academy for 16 years. She oversees all data-related aspects of CA’s fundraising and friend-raising efforts, leveraging the Raiser’s Edge/NXT database, which contains 22,000+ records including alums, current students, current and former parents/grandparents, current and former faculty/staff and donors. She holds an MBA in management and a B.A. in political science. During her free time, Kate can typically be found doing something active and outdoors; spending quality time with friends and family, especially her daughter Maddie; or indulging in cherished downtime to recharge her introverted spirit.
