Karl “KJ” Baptiste Jr. is an assistant varsity boys basketball coach at Concord Academy, joining the program midseason in 2026. He brings experience from Division I college basketball and has worked with athletes at all levels, from elementary and middle school players to high school, collegiate, and NBA professional athletes. Baptiste began his collegiate coaching career at the Division I level and has continued to focus on player development and mentorship throughout his career. He works alongside Head Coach Terrell Hollins, his former collegiate assistant coach at Brandeis University, supporting all aspects of the varsity boys basketball program. In addition to his on-court responsibilities, he serves as an extension of the head coach, helping provide leadership, continuity, and daily support for the program. Outside of coaching, Baptiste enjoys traveling, studying the game of basketball, and youth development initiatives focused on mentorship and leadership.
