Performing Arts Technical Director
After over 25 years in professional theater both in front of and behind the curtain, James joined the Concord Academy Performing Arts Department in 2018 and is thrilled to be sharing his knowledge, skills, and passion for live performance with the amazing students at CA. James works with students, CA’s in-house staff, and professional working mentors to design and execute the sets, lights, props, costumes, sound, and SFX for every production and concert on stage as well as for the Film Department productions. He is excited for the new opportunities coming to students with the opening of the new Performing Arts Center in 2025, and he looks forward to the continued growth of the theater tech program into this new era.
