Doug Surgenor
Assistant Director of Admissions
Before joining the CA Admissions Office as the assistant director of admissions for the 2025–26 school year, Doug Surgenor spent 14 years working at The Advent School in Boston. He lives in Arlington with his wife, Elsa, and his daughter, Melissa. Doug recently completed a master’s degree in independent school leadership from Vanderbilt University. In his free time, Doug enjoys playing board and table-top games with friends and watching whichever Boston sports team is in season. Doug is looking forward to getting to know the CA community and finding ways to get involved with the many activities on campus.
