Chris Rowe
Visual Arts Teacher, History Teacher
Chris Rowe joined Concord Academy in 1985 as a drawing and sculptor instructor. Over the years, he has also taught a wide range of courses in filmmaking and English while serving in the residential community as a house faculty member. Chris moved to Los Angeles in 1999 to serve as project development director for Samuel Goldwyn Films, returning to CA in 2004 to teach English and history before transitioning back into the art studio, where he taught sculpture and drawing classes until 2021. He currently resides in Cambridge, Mass., where he maintains a studio practice in sculpture when he is not teaching architecture or art history at CA.
