Brandon Herbert joined Concord Academy as the director of admissions in summer 2025. He brings over a decade of experience in enrollment management, admissions, and financial aid, with a strong commitment to access, equity, and relationship-driven outreach. Prior to coming to Concord, Brandon served as director of enrollment management at Church Farm School, where he expanded the school’s visibility through strategic partnerships with community-based organizations and implemented data-informed practices to strengthen recruitment and yield. Before his time at Church Farm, Brandon served as assistant director and later director of admissions at Girard College in Philadelphia, where he led efforts to modernize the admissions process and engage mission-aligned families from historically underrepresented communities. Brandon began his collegiate journey as a Division I basketball player at Binghamton University before transferring to the University of the District of Columbia, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology. He holds a Master of Education in educational leadership from the University of Pennsylvania.
