Cecilia "Ceci" Fralick joined Concord Academy in 2026 as the advancement and engagement communications project coordinator. Ceci works closely with members of the Advancement and Engagement team to execute projects related to the Annual Fund, parent engagement, class notes in CA’s magazine, and donor communications. Additionally, Ceci will collaborate with departments all across campus in order to create meaningful outreach to Concord Academy’s entire community. Having worked previously at two independent schools and a graduate of Blair Academy, Ceci brings a deep appreciation for school communities such as CA. Outside of work, she enjoys painting, ice skating, and playing Dungeons & Dragons.
