Nate Tucker
Performing Arts Teacher–Digital Music, Theory, and Composition
Nate, a musician, is from Atlanta but later moved to Virginia and North Carolina. He eventually found a musical path in Boston in 2008. He received music and art education from the North Carolina School for the Arts and Boston Conservatory. Nate has performed in hundreds of shows from the pits of American Repertory Theater, as a drummer, or as a DJ, as well as scoring and directing dance performances at the Dance Complex, Mt. Auburn Cemetery, Greenwood Cemetery, Panorama Music Festival, AS220, Portland Bach Experience, and many other events in New England and New York City. In 2020, Nate self-published Graphic Scores: A Reader’s Guide, which is available on Etsy and at www.GraphicScoresbyNateTucker.com.
