Born and raised in Louisiana, Jeff grew up listening to the music of Louis Armstrong, Art Neville and The Meters, as well as jazz and contemporary rock and pop. Since moving to New England and graduating from Berklee College of Music in 2005, he has performed and recorded with a versatile group of musicians including Greg Hawkes of The Cars, jazz/blues guitarist Julien Kasper, afro-beat singer/guitarist Boubacar Diabate, and Free Agent Records artist Brad Byrd.
Jeff continues to be in demand as a bass guitarist for various recording projects and performances in New England and abroad. He also plays bass and sings with The Tumblers, a band that pays tribute to the rhythm and blues/funk music from his native New Orleans. He enjoys teaching bass and guitar to students of all ages in the Boston area.
