Karsen began working at Concord Academy in the fall of 2023. Previously, she was a school nurse and an emergency room nurse. When she is not nursing, Karsen enjoys running, traveling, listening to music, and walking her French bulldog. A Michigan native, she also enjoys spending summer months with her family on the lakes in northern Michigan.
