Sarah Yeh P'24 '27
Associate Head for Teaching, Learning, and Faculty, History Teacher
As associate head for teaching, learning, and faculty, Sarah works with the members of the Academic Office and Academic Council to support the experience of teaching and learning at Concord Academy, from curriculum and pedagogy to hiring and professional development. Sarah also serves as an academic advisor and an administrator-on-duty. Sarah joined CA in 2008 as a member of the history faculty, and she continues to teach in the department alongside her administrative work. Sarah loved history from an early age, and it was her high school American history teacher who inspired her path toward history and education as a scholarly pursuit and profession. While Sarah toyed with the idea of pursuing another childhood dream (becoming a marine biologist and searching for the elusive giant squid), she ultimately followed her passion for history and has been teaching and working in schools ever since. She says she is thankful that far more dedicated and talented cephalopod lovers managed to find and film the giant squid!
