Ethan Thurow is a partner at Calera Capital, a growth-focused private equity firm, where he helps to invest, build and grow companies. Early in his career, Ethan worked at Audax Group, a private investment firm, and Parthenon Group, a strategy consulting firm. Ethan was a student at Concord Academy, graduating in 1994, and then attended Harvard University, receiving an A.B. in 1999 and an MBA in 2005. Ethan is also a trustee of The Meadowbrook School of Weston. Ethan and his wife, Ina Daci, live in Weston, Mass., and are the proud parents of their children, Elle and Pierce ’27. In his free time, Ethan enjoys reading, traveling, and skiing with his family.
