Brad started teaching physics right out of college in 1991 at the Kent School in Connecticut. He took some time off to try out for the Olympics in rowing but did not make the 1996 team. Working outside of teaching for a few years, Brad returned to independent schools when his eldest son was born in 2004. Brad started the academic engineering program (the club scene was strong) at Milton Academy in 2008 after the birth of his second son. At Milton, he created classes including an introduction to structures and aerodynamics that will be running from time to time at Concord Academy.
