Mercy Mutindwa
Director of Human Resources
Mercy was hired as Concord Academy’s director of human resources in October 2023, reporting to the CFO. In this role, she is responsible for the oversight and implementation of human resources strategic initiatives, processes and procedures, employee relations, vendor management, worker’s compensation, recruiting and training, and other compliance-related requirements. She is a member of the Residential Life Committee as well. She is committed to enhancing and enriching employees’ experience through a holistic approach to employment.
