What do you like most about Concord Academy?
What drew me to CA — and it’s something that has become central to my appreciation for my experience here — is the student-teacher relationships we are able to develop. At my old school, I counted many of my teachers as some of my good friends, as their passion and dedication to what they were doing stretched far beyond what I would have ever expected. When applying to secondary schools, I knew I needed to find another school where these same friendships and personal connections existed, and Concord was one of the few schools where I had this same feeling. Today, I still count some of my CA teachers as my closest friends, and CA would not be the same if it did not have the dedicated and passionate faculty that it does.
What do you do at CA?
At CA, I am involved in a number of clubs and extracurricular activities. I am the head of the Classics Club, Ceramics Club, and Biology Club. I also play the piano in some of our chamber music groups and direct the tutoring programs for Latin and Biology.
