My day at CA is not complete until…
I go back to my room at the end of the day and chat with my roommate and/or friends in the house before going to bed.
What do you do at CA?
In addition to being a Head Tour Guide, I’m one of the coheads of Youth and Philanthropy, lead trainer in Model UN, one of the coheads of International Student Organization, and The Centipede (CA school newspaper) editor. I’m part of GV Squash and play flute in the chamber ensemble. I’m also passionate about filmmaking, so I’m often found down in the editing studio or on my laptop editing footage.
Why did you chose CA?
As a person who loves arts and academics, I thought CA would be the perfect environment for me to pursue both along with other extracurricular activities like sports. Needless to say, CA has offered me an amazing experience that I couldn’t even have thought of before coming to CA. Numerous courses and electives offered by talented CA faculty definitely made me love CA.
Name something you’ve tried for the first time at CA. How was that experience?
I took Intro to Squash my freshman fall. I’ve never played squash before CA, so I had no idea what kind of sport squash is. Now I’m going on to my fourth year in Girls Varsity Squash.
