The onsite textbook buyback program will occur on Wednesday, May 29, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Thursday, May 30, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the SHAC atrium. Please encourage your student to participate. Students should bring all textbooks they wish to sell (all years) to the SHAC during the buyback period. MBS personnel will calculate their buyback credit. (Note: many, but not all titles, are eligible for buyback credit.) The total value of the student’s buyback credit will be refunded via check (if books were originally paid with a credit card) or a credit to their activities account (if books were originally paid with financial aid voucher). Refunds will be issued within 4–6 weeks after the buyback. By participating in the textbook buyback, CA is able to build an inventory of lower cost “used” books for next year.
