What Are Community Weekends?

Community Weekends are designated weekends when the Student Life Office hosts programming that has historically attracted many students. We designate these weekends Community Weekends so families can plan for times when their child(ren) will spend at least a portion of their weekend enjoying the activities at CA and engaging with the community. We continue this emphasis to align with research that engagement with the school community outside the classroom creates positive academic and socioemotional outcomes for students. Our first Community Weekend was this past weekend, September 6-8. The remaining weekends will be held September 13-15, January 10-12, March 27-29, and May 15-17.
