Guthrie Speers is excited to join CA as the boys varsity tennis head coach in 2026. Guthrie graduated from Hobart and William Smith Colleges in 2023, where he majored in political science and was captain of the mens tennis team. Outside of CA, Guthrie is a tennis instructor at the WestFit Club in Westford, Mass., where he coaches many high-level junior players and helps them develop both skill and confidence. He is passionate about player development, sportsmanship, and building a strong team culture. Guthrie looks forward to working with student-athletes on the court and supporting their growth as individuals and teammates off the court. Outside of tennis, he enjoys playing golf, basketball, and rooting for his beloved Philadelphia sports teams. Guthrie is thrilled to become a part of the CA community and get out on the courts this spring!
