History Teacher, Health & Wellness Department Head and Teacher
Sally Zimmerli began her career at Concord Academy in fall 2000 and has lived on campus as part of the academic, athletic, and boarding communities ever since. Throughout her time at CA, Sally has worn many hats that include living as a house faculty member, coaching the girls basketball team, serving as the director of residential life, and serving for six years as dean of students. She returned to the classroom in fall 2022 and now teaches history and leads the Health and Wellness Department. Her interests in Latin America, Southern Africa, and the Mediterranean have spurred her curricular developments and travel.
